The Nova 2 project in Victoria commenced in late 2021 with a planned contract duration of 12 months. Our objective was the installation of the exterior structure using unitized panels.

The project exemplified flawless execution while emphasizing a strong Health and Safety culture across various facade system components, as outlined below.

Spanning across 17 levels, each level accommodates approximately 107 units. Additionally, our scope involved the installation of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) around the building on lower levels, as well as installation of curtain walls, sliding and swing doors, windows, coping panels, and substantial fins on the terraces of levels 13 and 15 and balconies on the corner of the north and west joining up to level 13, enhancing both aesthetic and functional aspects of the building.
